PTEL presently at .0008 x 17% split on 16.4 billion 1 for 1 @ 1711.56:1 is what ?

Now divide by number of principle holders of 50 million

Common 200 million generally come in at 10%...someone said about $1.24 to start for common.

Why are we at .12?
