I have been on the post for over a few years now....
Whether I have conspired or conspiring or my conduct has been truthful or compromising, the shareholders here know well of me...
Never I have been off my public domain and never I have compromised my transparent conduct ....
And never I/we have raised any money from any source (whether shareholders, lenders, bankers etc), compromising our conduct.
First all, I have never raised any money in substantial as of today and this despite severe pressure on us despite pressure from within the organization.
Some of the members on this i-Hub are witness to my statements here -- I have never compromised and taken any investments from anyone to preserve the shareholder value that are getting ready to taste it soon and I shall stand on this statement under penalty of perjury under any law and any jurisdiciton across any country in the world. I am publicly affirming this on this hub!!
I welcome any debate and any clarifications and shall stand in my truthful conduct before my staff, shareholders and public in common --
Under Penalty of Perjury, I affirm my statements as being conveyed here in my utmost truthful conduct and My chair will work with responsibility in the interest and for the interest of the organization I have founded and working for that has not until today taken any money in any substantial sums except in small amounts that too from a finger count small number of very longtime shareholders ....
And on Paladin, the firm that he is speaking about and the employees we have hired from their previous company -- we have told their previous employer that we are transforming into block chain transaction processing and we will henceforth be able to issue Utility Tokens. They have not agreed for it rather terminated mercilessly all the employees that were onboarded by them and such termination was without pay. All those employees approached us expressing their willingness to work for us. It is only after a thorough confirmation and written explanation sought from them that we have taken appointment. We have issued appointment letters to all the employees except that we have to attach their CTC worksheets which in US we never attach along with appointment letter, but process it along with each payroll release. There is no 2 months due to them but 15 days which payment is due on the April 22nd and we have already confirmed the release of pay this coming Wednesday. I do know who this paladin ocean33 and the reasons for his nonsense... I am generally very polite to everyone but when it matters organizational interest, My responsibility is to protect the interests of the organization in its merit. The terms, bogus, farce, conspiring and etc., are very offensive and derogatory to our conduct and I have declared my truthful conduct under penalty perjury. If these words that are used here persist, I will be forced to act upon in organization interest and that may not be taken as my conduct to coerce. Rather, I am or I will be coerced to act upon.
Many shareholders advise me not to respond, but I do, because If i do not respond, my conduct and this organization will become gullible to the vested interests of some ---
