I do not believe that everyone needs to understand the minute design details of the AOT for it to work. Nevertheless, it appears, from all the pictures of the AOT that I have seen and other comments I have read here, that the AOT either comes as a single pipe that is almost four times the size of the inlet and outlet valves or it comes in four parallel pipes each about the size of the inlet and outlet valves.
