Obvious, CG has to get current or this experiment is over at least in its present form. He has a ticker in AHRO, going dark and starting all over with an S1 or RM’ing a current reporting SEC filer shell would be stupid. This was a complete F up, not to file or be ready on the 03-31 or at worst the 15th prior to the CEO traveling. He’ll have to mitigate through PR’s and transparency which is something he is doing well lately. Still optimistic but man oh man, this was less than organized for a “genius” as you would refer.
