The judge didn't write that, or conclude that. Sharp's attorney did, and the opposing attorney didn't rebut it in any way.

No, because the court system relies on the parties to draft the decision, and as it is an adversarial system, the judge only gets involved when the parties don't agree.

As Calasse's attorney abandoned him and didn't object to the proposed decision, there was no reason for the judge to get involved.

Remember, the attorney didn't approve the proposed decision, the attorney never responded and Sharp's attorney submitted it without a signature.

I have no idea if there's any issue with submitting it without the signature, but I do see major issues with you simultaneously claiming that the attorney didn't abandon Calasse but also that the decision written by Sharp's attorney is proof of anything when the opposing counsel had no role in drafting it.

The truth is never popular.
