Brett Rosen cannot "take over". A receiver for the OPTI FUBAR would be a 3rd party that answers to nobody associated with Optec. They would be there to assess any possible assets and then distribute them among debtors. Problem is, there are no assets because Roger Pawson stole everything. There is not even money to PAY the receiver. That would need to be worked out before a receiver would even take this on. Receivers, and their accountants, are not cheap. It would take them many thousands of hours to figure this mess out. And when they did, they would be obligated to report all the theft and fraud committed by Optec.
