Everyone needs to stop listening to the bullshit as we all know where it’s really coming from (it’s so obvious). Receivership for $OPTI is NOT up for debate as it was already won in court so acting as if I am going to announce it’s not happening is a blatant lie! Ask “Adelissa” to post her State Bar number so we can know “she’s” actually a lawyer and that what “she” says could have some credibility.
I think we all know who “Adelissa” really is and if “she” actually knows me, then tell “her” to call me. We can record the conversation and then I will publish it on X for all to hear. Tell “her” I will even pay “her” $10,000 for the right to record & publish the call! But as usual cowards always hide just like “she’s” doing now! Maybe “adelissa” could find out how $HMBL $GVSI $WNFT & $FORW are doing and if their wonderful CEO ever plans to stop screwing over the shareholders.
If you think #RBCapital is going to walk away from a $14.68m judgement after spending millions getting $OPTI all cleaned up and ready for an enormous merger, then you are truly an idiot and you have no business investing money in the stock market. #RBCapital is here to stay and to make it right for all of those who were wronged in the past by some dishonest OTC CEO!
#RBCapital has NOT sold a single share or done any debt conversions of $OPTI stock for several years so pretending we are selling now is another of “her” blatant lies! It’s funny that “she” doesn’t understand that I am going to be an affiliate of $OPTI, meaning I can’t do any debt conversions as Rule 144 would not be available as an exemption from registration status with the SEC. Not to mention, affiliates are only allowed to sell a maximum of 1% of the OS every fiscal Q; and that’s if you can even find a broker to accept deposit of your affiliate shares.
I will make another announcement later today after I speak to @BasileEsq and get more details about the status of the receivership.
