Please explain how to do derivative calcs on convertible debt. Do you know how to use Black Scholes or a Binomial equation calculator? Do you know how to do "roll forward accounting" on equity shcedules or debt schedules? The answer is a resounding NO. Maybe in your country they have simpleton reporting requirements and loosey goosey accounting for public companies. And I am sure you are a genius at being extactlythat SIMPLE.
