The SEC routinely brings actions against people outside the United States. They’re a civil enforcement agency so they only need to serve a defendant with a Summons and Complaint to obtain jurisdiction over the defendant the same as any other civil plaintiff.



Exactly. The SEC routinely brings actions like that, and can easily work with close allies like Canada and the UK.

Thank you for showing that most people here get it, even though Hilo doesn't want to see the truth. Which is always odd, seeing as he's been on Sharp's case about GVSI for years.

The truth is never popular.
