Not at all!!! I am just trying to be supportive but I do still believe this is a SCAM

The dates on previous filings are correct but this bubble burst already. You can’t ever base yourself only on verbal statements or LOI from a Penny stock CEO. There is not proof on paper and not assurances. It almost feels like he is stalling. It is sad but hey, fool money is where it is found atOTC . It is said for a reason
