AESO is a separate filer than RCRT.

AESO files on OTC.
RCRT files through SEC.

If RCRT gets hit by SEC that’s their problem. RCRT owns the AESO shell for their recapitalization effort. That is why the didn’t list it as a subsidiary in the 10K.
