Then there are all of the suppliers that have built manufacturing plants around the Volkswagen plant. Once again President Biden can see that chip manufacturing is the future in almost every manufacturing product that is made in the 21st century. They were being produced in Taiwan and countries that could be compromised. Now they are being made in America, good manufacturing jobs in America.

Six Billion to Samsung, and Samsung puts up the other 45-50 billion, in echange America gets 1000s upon 1000s of good paying manufacturing jobs, to produce chips that are the future.
