1) S7 was the only player involved with the Ethernet Alliance interoperability demonstration recently and had been acclaimed for it
2) it's a no brainer that the 800gb ACC market is a honeypot for ACC's
3) future did a great job connecting tons of dots for us here, hard to believe none of that would have some validity
4) LY the PP was oversubscribed in 5 days and raised 6 million at about twice the price this one would have been expected to fill at

questions
1) was the untimely departure of Bonnie really for the reason stated
2) why was this "modest" PP buried in another news release
3) why would RH and RP not want to lead the charge on this PP when they know 800gb honeypot is on the doorstep considering they led the charge on all other less significant PP's of the past
4) why were investors turned away and told it was oversubscribed

I agree with SEV that something doesn't smell right here

is this a nefarious takedown of all those retail investors that supported S7 over the years for a management coup? it's possible, but it would be quite underhanded of them to do so
