It's also against the law to dump millions of (effectively free)shares without filing a Form 4 within the required timeline, but VPLM insiders did that for years.

It's also against the law to file SEC filings that are blatantly inaccurate and have never been checked by the person who signed them as authentic. But VPLM's CFO did that anyway.

It's also against the law to tell lies in your PRs, but VPLM did that all the time.

It's also against the law to represent yourself as an ordinary investor (or several ordinary investors) on a message board when in fact you're an insider.................well, you get the picture (and you know that last one perfectly well for obvious reasons).
