Now for reality let's actually look at that annual filing. I prefer facts, not the nonsense in this thread. I bet half here didn't even read it. It was horrible!!!! Since 12/31/23, at the end of that filing, 600 million shares have been added in under 4 months in 2024 Over 7 billion shares now. LOL And the A/S and O/S are almost the same now. This company has no money, meaning they will have to raise the A/S soon or reverse split. Most likely raise the A/S and dilute even more.
And in that annual filing, the company lost 34 million dollars for the year!!! LOL And in the bank? NSAV has $25. Yes, just $25. LOL Yeah NSAV is the next Coinbase! As an active crypto investor, I would never send money to a broke exchange like this LMFAO Receivables? $338. It's a joke. And look at all those preferred shares. This company is a mess. And where did that 24 million come from? More info is needed. Are they counting tokens they created?
Now let's look at NSAV leadership. JT was supposed to be gone. Then we hear he was still here and just the secretary. Yet in this filing he signed it as CFO, chief financial officer. Who the hell is CEO of this company? Anyone for real or is it JT? They never say anything. No true leadership.
Then you have the same cast of characters here spamming this and throwing out high NSAV prices. Same fools who still are living in 2021. We all made money in 2021 and in NSAV. This is the OTC 2024. NSAV has so many problems on paper. Fundamentals in this 2024 OTC count and NSAV doesn't have them. I sold half my freebies at .003 the other day and will sell more on any additional pump. I see new bagholders being created here. I would never buy another share of this company. I am a seller. They look horrible on paper and have zero credibility and are highly suspect. They have lied for years and the #1 liar JT, is still connected to the company. So much for their past native tokens, SafShop and all the other nonsense they came up with.
