Got word from the builder today. Starting with a whole new contract on a new lot with another house. They’re going to sell that one as is when they finish building it. We’re starting on a whole new house again that will have the vaulted ceilings in it. The vaulted ceiling costs an extra $5,295 so that’s not terrible. But it will set us back about four months timewise. We might not get sod put down this year. I’m hoping we do because I’d hate to have no grass and a muddy yard with the dogs all winter until next summer
