No, not really. Most SPACs are exchange listed, and so not of interest to the folks at OTC Markets.

Huh? SPACs are not operational companies. They're shells looking for a suitor. Theoretically, the people behind the SPAC are just looking around, and will, with luck, find a target company within a year or less. But it's generally taken longer--often much longer--to complete mergers than was anticipated. Another problem that wasn't foreseen was the tumble so many of the target companies take when they de-SPAC.
