The 1.7 was revenue that Singer showed last year.It was purchased for cash and shares.No mention of costs or expenses,so net value is not known.What it does in the future is yet to be seen.It is in the health care segment.Probably more news,another filing today or tomorrow.Lets see what they have too say.Good luck and good trading.PS:Not sure why they do these things after hours.
