intends to use this channel of communications for the purpose of updating the public markets and its valued shareholders on current and upcoming material changes.

With that said, $IWAL is currently working with the Company’s legal counsel to file a PRE 14C to directly increase shareholder value, with no intentions of a reverse split, rather to prepare its books and share structure for upcoming business partnerships.
