Expert scammers and grifters like Emil and Rich know better than to wait around for that to happen. This isn't their first rodeo, after all.

When and if the actual shareholders of this sorry scam (not the same as some of those who claim to be on this MB as many are either Rich Inza himself or other paid sock puppets) come to their senses, the crooks behind it will have spent all their money already, so no law firm will take a class action suit on contingency.

That the way the OTC, the developed world's most corrupt stock venue, operates.

It's pretty much a safe haven for criminals and other get-rich quick merchants.
