210 M seemed pretty cheap for a major drug company.

Upsher is NOT a major drug company. Small potatoes in this game.

Another thing to think about are the drugs currently on the shortage list. One or two needle movers and Elite will be real close to busting $100 million maybe.

Wonder what Upsher's balance sheet looked like.
Don't know why Upsher was compelled to sell the business either.

That is the one ace Elite Pharmaceuticals holds, their excellent balance sheet. Just keeps getting better and better.

Independent valuation for Elite was better than $0.70 back in 2014. Whatever........... we shall see. PE ratio is stupid low right now. Should be minimum 14 IMO.
