Good point on the Annual report. I just checked again and the SEC allows 15 calendar days when a company files for an extension. So today is it, if they file sometime today before 5:30pm Eastern, they will get a filing date of the 15th. Even if they don't get it done in time, they'll get a warning of being delisted and a certain amount of time to fix it.

They didn't go through the last, approx. 2 years working on this to let that happen. And it's not like they have complex transactions, mergers and financials to slow them down.

Maybe we begin seeing some "announcements and updates" this week. GL2A
