Yep... Brett Rosen is certainly lying again. And... lying about something so easy to check on. The last filing by OPTI was for period ending March 31, 2023. One year and 15 days ago.

AND more importantly - read that filing for "Period ending March 31, 2023" as it's fraudulent by ole dirty Roger Pawson !!

The "financials" in it are NOT covering "period ending March 31, 2023" BUT are a cut-n-paste of the annual report and dated (most recent) dated Period ending Dec 31st, 2022 !!!

Dirty Roger never prepared any valid Q-1 2023 "financials" - he merely cut n pasted the prior ANNUAL REPORT FINANCIALS which only cover to end of 2022 !!

This POS is screwed and 100% headed to EXPERT MARKET per OTC regulations - nothing Brett Rosen Hackspacher says or can do this late in the game is going to change them facts and bad reality......insta .0000X per share and will be more ill-liquid NON TRADING than a bag of dried concrete hosed down on a hot summer San Diego crime day :)))
