Stop with the fearmongering. Company is doing just fine. No reason to file with SEC since they have no plans to consider an uplist in the near future. This is a smart move and will save the company $150k a year. Can still file with OTC Markets to remain pink current. All of this is good news for shareholders since 1) we’re saving money, and 2) company is no longer pursuing a reverse split.
