I don't see anything other than BK here. Most companies do not put out a PR like this and have a miracle occur. The fact they had to hire an agency says it all. If they really had any options, like real buy out offers then they would not have to resort to this. Also, they only have funds until end of April. That is not much time for a real buyout, merger etc.. Also, no one would pay anything reasonable when the company is about to die. They will let it die and then buy it for pennies.
