I wouldn't believe anything he has to say. Basically called him on his BS last time I talked to him; his ego couldn't take that hit. it is too bad he isn't smart enough to hire someone to run the company in a profitable manner. 3 yrs, I'd say he isn't capable...and he doesn't know how to take criticism, so that leaves the company with few options.
