As I have been saying for at least a decade, one of the signs of decay in society is not institutionalizing the severely mentally ill, such as this schizoprenic. The libs started closing mental institutions in the U.S. in the 1970's. And anyone who dismisses this incident and moves on, rationalizing it happened because the poor guy was mentally ill, imo, is as sick as he was.
