OCTOBER 2023 last thing ever filed with the court by ROSEN SCUM....BUT... but he "managed" to create a massive P&D and front-load con in the mean time....imagine that folks....reason....HE AIN'T FILING FOR A RECEIVER.....does him no good....but he cashed-out MASSIVE on the P&D he created with design, intent and purpose....aka THE CON.....!!

It's been SIX MONTHS and 2 WEEKS - since Rosen and his law firm filed ANYTHING in the San Diego Superior Court and 6 months in a week or so since the judgement was granted.

WHY would Rosen have changed law firms mid-stream IF IF IF the first one was successful in the judgement BUT the judge said "AND YOU NEED TO PUT THIS POS CRIME SCENE INTO RECEIVERSHIP AND WE'LL SEE WHERE IT GOES FROM THERE".....then....then.....NOTHING has happened since.....

ZERO PROOF exists Brett Rosen is "in process" about to get a COURT CHOSEN PROFESSIONAL RECEIVER APPOINTED (which is NOT free and actually costs a shit ton of money to un-wind a public traded entity as dirty and scam riddled as OPTI-CON !!) ....no receiver wanted by Rosen-SCUM....as that means ALL creditors and ALL holders of court JUDGMENTS get a fair and equal whack at getting their money back....ROSEN SCUM IS NOT "automatically the CEO" blah blah blah ultra BULLSHIT.......

Rosen created a PUMP and he DUMPED via spending probably a lousy $50K max to get that judgment in San Diego court - it caused the stock to run 100's and 100's of percent and then ROSEN UNLOADED HIS FRONT-LOAD and EASILY could have sold a $MILLION PLUS in stock when one looks at the P&D volumes he caused via his mass X-TWITTER and social media crime pump the scam campaigns......
