According to this the expense would be recorded in the same period as payment if the upfront payment pertained to any of the following:

If the payment to Research Corp represented an advance payment for specific materials, equipment, or facilities with no alternative future use, the payment would be recognized as R&D expense in the period of payment.

Atlanta, it is truth i seek, the debate provides added motivation to find the truth as well as some of the less savory activities those bashing Sintx have gotten up to like CL's recent re-reveal of my name on cafepharama to intimidate me. If those bashing Sintx were on the up and up they wouldnt need to resort to things like that and the continued lies being propagated on ST.

Yes, they had the COVID Mask => Complete failure.
Armor => Up in Smoke

Example of misinformation being posted on ST today. First off the masks were never covid specific. Secondly, Si3N4 remains antiviral including its ability to kill covid. The core IP for masks is still available to commercialize with a new strategic partner. Sintx has oftened used small companies like O2 to aid in the earlier stages of development.
Armor products are being sintered by outside facilities while Sintx waits for a new furnace to replace the overheated one. So while the furnace did go up in smoke the armor business is still moving forward.
If those bashing Sintx on social media forums were on the up and up they wouldnt need to use true to tell lies.

One thing id like to know is why Zimmer was purposefully removed from Sintx IPO paperwork in 2013 and why Zimmer Biomets relationship with Sintx continues to be downplayed when it was in fact Sintx strategic partner? There is consistency in both these facts being hidden and downplayed.

Sintx - Zimmer connection purposefully not disclosed/removed from 2013 IPO paperwork?

Zimmer is looking at purchasing Amedica flat out for their techology to bolster sales in spine through licensing and to purchase the next generation of hip and knee implants. You heard it here on TSB.

Silicon Nitride, a Close to Ideal Ceramic Material for Medical Application

examples of their medical applications that relate to spinal, orthopedic and dental implants, bone grafts and scaffolds, platforms for intelligent synthetic neural circuits, antibacterial and antiviral particles and coatings, optical biosensors, and nano-photonic waveguides for sophisticated medical diagnostic devices are all covered in the research reviewed herein. The examples provided convincingly show that silicon nitride is destined to become a leader to replace titanium and other entrenched biomaterials in many fields of medicine.

Silicon Nitride = next generation material for hip implants.

Silicon nitride, silicon carbide and diamond-like carbon as non-oxide ceramics are considered to be the new generation of materials used in hip prosthetics, particularly in the manufacture of acetabular cups, due to their excellent biocompatibility, osteointegration, and tribological and mechanical properties, but all three materials need more study. However, silicon nitride is the nearest to commercialization, through businesses such as Amedica Corp. and SyntX Technologies

Im guessing the authors meant Sintx Technologies. Amedica being the companies former name before the name was sold to CTL.

Could it be that there is a strategy to distract people away from looking at the basic data?
Is all this an exercise to create more and more forum verbiage to drown out any serious discussion of evidence?
