I know you're just providing an example but I think I posted a R/S would be viable if everything remains as is. That includes the share structure. If by some miracle Seamus actually reduces the shares via some buyback or cancellation, then that will be the game changer. This will not move much if that doesn't happen IMO But if he takes the route of R/S to reduce shares without future intent to dilute, then we still make profit is all I meant.....Like it or not either decision Seamus makes will require sacrificing something.....
