Good Saturday morning,

Allow me to explain somewhat further on my post from Friday on the yearly financial release. The yearly financial was last year and we are 5 months ahead in 2024 so we have pretty much understood what it entails, so it was not really a surprise.

First and foremost, I don't exist on ihub in trashing companies. That is not in my nature. You may disagree with my analysis, so that is your right. However, I am one that gives reasonable analysis, on the ongoing position and current events that presents itself from the company not from the negative folks or from the cheerleaders that things are just fine. I realize many on this thread are good and decent folks that want the best of our company, yes, our company. I do as well have an interest what this company has to offer.

There is potential and the business model although in the early stages still has much to overcome. One of which is the very blotted share structure. This is the most important factor that the company needs to address. The current share structure is reason why we are in a no bid position not to mention that REV is almost nonexistent. Meaning with such a blotted share structure is the settings of the algorithms on how we trade on a daily session. It is built in. A company can't ROI with such a heavy share structure releasing 1B share into retail hands per month. Many like to compare this company's share structure with other companies. You cannot compare penny stock companies as the same. I have been with companies that have huge runs with blotted share structures, but every company has their own individual strengths and weakness'. But to compare companies for a desired outcome isn't a valid synopsis and is downright delusional.

I have no idea how the company has in mind that it can and will be a 200m $ company in its current stage. Either they have a very strong internal business idea that still needs to be implemented, but on the surface, and current environment it isn't happening for at least through the end of 2024.

The other area the company has a problem is with how they disseminate their news. There releases are very limited and only reaches folks that are already invested, but not much in reaching new potential investors. This is a problem. For example, if you google Yahoo the company is only listed on share price and nothing more. My trading platform lists even the worst of the worst of the pennystocks that I may enter or track. Now I realize that the company may present this type of distribution because of cost, but it is self-defeating and not the best roll off of news. An individual in 'Investors Relations' who has the experience would certainly be a major improvement.

Yeah, the tweets can spread info, but you must already know about the company, but still very limited. OTC is usually a go to for folks that have been around the system, but still, any releases are not well received. Now, this may change once the company starts trading under normal conditions. It is difficult to promote a company with no bid.

The company did say they are considering a share buyback and reduction and holding off for the next 4 months, but until they reduce the O/S to a more reasonable level we can only assume that the status quo will still be in place. Notice the ask on the close Friday was sitting at 150m give or take is still a number that floats up and down, but never down far enough to get us to a bid. The ihub trader isn't going to buy these shares up since most ihub traders are fully invested and waiting. I know there are some ihub traders that are in, but never post. To absorb these shares requires the company to remove them and send out a Form 4 or an 8K on how they are buying back shares. A tweet is not enough, and I don't care to hear that tweets are legal doc because they are not. They can only disseminate info that needs to be backed up. Like earlier this past week when the company sent out a tweet about releases the financial and then Friday, we get the official. This has to happen with buyback and any other credible change of events. This is how the algorithm changes and pressure on the ask to move is up.

There is still much optimism going into the summer months and holding off on the converts. is a positive very short term, but not an elimination, and it is up to the company to give us a catalyst to propel us north. The company has many things within their business model that still gives us hope for a ROI, but an interest in the shareholders would go a long way. They should conduct their upcoming business events in a more meaning full and direct involvement of current shareholders in mind.

For the near term, a very reasonable price target of .0005 and feel this can be achieved and will. Since we cannot do anything but HOLD, at least going into late fall is long enough for this company to move inline. I am bullish but with concerns.

Enjoy your summer and I'll be back after Labor Day. This is my last post.

Have a good day.
