So did Theranos (filed for BK) after they made up a bunch of lies about their blood analyzer and self-enriched themselves. I think that is a better analogy in this case. I think the Disney quote would apply more to someone like Samsung in this case, even though they are too big at this point for a BK to ruin them.

Would you be for BK if it meant a far better chance of getting LL approved and commercialized? You would lose your investment, but the drug might finally make it to approval with the proper resources.
