I will recalculate the bonus based on a $10 price. Outstanding as of April 15. Issue date will be April 15. For income tax we will use $25.
That would be best. I am far more comfortable with an issue date of mid April for these than mid January (which would result in a conflict for whiskey valued at $0.01 on Jan 16)

You can decide and make it final tomorrow.
