Companies generally sell stock once. To investors who then
Buy and sell the same shares between other investors, over and over.

So that's why professional investors praise the companies stock they buy. Amateur investors call that pumping.

Amateur investors wine and cry and criticize every move the company makes, thinking they should understand it. Professional investors call that dumping. Get it!?
