This was briefly covered here about a week ago. $GDVM (note $ sign Urocka!) is an "OTC Alternative Filer", NOT an SEC filer. This means it's 90 calendar days, plus the extension of 15 calendar days. Therefore, the annual report is indeed due on Sunday, April 14th and the "Annual Report", not a 10K, can be uploaded & posted thru OTC on Sunday.

Also note, an audit is NOT required for alternative filers. I'm not saying there won't be an audit, but we shouldn't be expecting one. I'm also somewhat confident it won't be an issue "if" the report arrives on Monday the 15th.
