All the alleged infringers are waiting as long as they can so the fines will keep going up to higher and higher amounts. They fell guilty and they want it to go as high as possible so they can pay their fair share. Yeah, that's it... That's the ticket. I knew there was a logical and practical reason why ALL.....every single one.....wasn't t simply buying, settling or licensing. Now I finally get it.
