Tony hasn’t responded. I also sent an email……

to the County Clerk. She responded by phone and referred me to the Village of Lena.

Her eyebrows were raised as APRU nor Tony is listed as owners of Lena, as well as the fact Apple Rush is a revoked foreign entity in Illinois. Yesterday’s PR made absolutely no sense to her.

The Illinois ABC updates licenses daily as licenses are suspended daily. If APRU acquired Lena they would be listed as owners.

I will reach out to the Village of Lena on Monday if I don’t get an explanation from Tony before then.
