. Melton and myself will be issuing a joint shareholder update on Tuesday afternoon. I intended on issuing a letter today but Ms. Melton has been working with the team to close a major debt reduction deal that will eliminate almost $400,000 from the company's debt load. We both felt it best for that deal to close on Monday before we issue any other updates. Things are going well. Exciting times! More next week. S. Torres
