We've seen indications from the company that an uplist to Nasdaq will happen in 2025. That being said, and in my opinion, there is no need or benefit to enact the "deed" at this time or at any time during 2024. Instead, it would be more beneficial to allow the stock price to appreciate organically based on company revenue and earnings projections.

Therefore, when the time comes for the "deed," the steepness of such a required mechanism will be smaller, or perhaps eliminated, based on where the stock price is when that time comes.

If I'm right with this logic, the potential profits from this investment are mind blowing.
