All the Attorneys representing Innerscope in the Floyd case are bailing. Looks like the most likely explanation is failure to pay them.

Folks - it is UNRAVELING faster than a ball of twine in a room full of feral alley cats - this POS is over and done !

The ONE and ONLY "law firm" they actually retained and PROOF THEY NEVER HAD D&O INSURANCE and thus are paying using DILUTION MILL FUND which are dead and drying up + likely hidden wealth they stole via the dilution mill......THE ONE LAW FIRM THEY WERE WILLING TO PAY as the Kurlioff case will literally end them and the MOORE CLAN CAN NOT and WILL NOT meet their obligations to PAY THE LAW FIRM and pay for simple shit like "file to do business in VA" apparently needed to succeed in the lawsuit......SOooooooo.......

The lawyer and firm are PULLING THE EJECTION HANDLE to exit this flaming hunk of wreckage and THAT is something attorneys do not do lightly - they can get smacked with "abandonment of client" etc... but this firm are pros and filed with the court and the judge said, "YOUR MOTION IS APPROVED" meaning the supporting date of BEING STIFFED by the MOORE CLAN had to be rock solid.........

NO ONE should be shocked and it 100% means BK is just that much closer as in approx 2 to 3 weeks TWO to THREE MORE DEFAULT JUDGEMENT ORDERS will be entered against INNER-CRIME and the MOORE CLAN and will total easily $2 to $3 Ma Ma MILLION PLUS added to the cases already lost to default and failure to even appear.....!!!!

THAT Captain (Chris Stricklin) was a pro and "best of the best" (though it was pilot error) - and he was doomed the instant he exited the top of the "max performance climb w/ Split-S at top"..... with his AGL altimeter set incorrectly for the altitude of the airport.... but he still used his 1000's of hours of experience and top-gun training and "got out" with his ass still alive and intact. In that profession it's a guaranteed "career killer" though - your days of ever "promoting up" are over, his tenure with the Thunderbirds ended that day for all intents and purposes...and he separated out of the service not long after by choice.

Resulted in one of thee most world famous "ejection from a jet" still photos ever taken though, but smoked a $60 million front-line fighter jet. CHUMP CHANGE to the amount of $coin the MOORE MORES HAVE SMOKED-UP ON THIS SCAM THOUGH !!

The MOORE MORE CLAN are going to fly this POS straight into the desert floor and in spectacular burn-out fashion.......:))
