PS: I was literally about to "ping" a lil birdy reminder told me "Note" to that lawyer Kraft - to NOT MISS or MESS-UP this hearing date of April 15th to bust-down the MOORE MORE CLAN.

He already "squared it away" of his own doing with the filing you posted - he's going to RE PROCESS SERVE INNER-CRIME and THE MOORE CLAN and then get a DEFAULT JUDGMENT IN SHORT ORDER....he's "called the ball" on this one and is about to stick a perfect carrier landing.....:))

I see two scenarios here as you already pointed out :
1) The MOORE CLAN are compelled/forced to BK this POS as the collection actions will hound them to the ends of the earth and if pros will attempt to "go after personal assets" of the MOORE CRIME FAMILY CON MEMBERS

2) And I'm with you on this one - they do the slow "FADE AWAY" aka LET THE CRIME SCENE just go into the OTC shit heap and hopper of dead ticker crime scenes.....just stop filing....just go silent which they already have....and the OTC will go "YIELD" and then go "EXPERT MARKET" and this POS goes to literal .000000X per share and the MOORE CLAN just does the criminal "fade away" never to be heard from again UNTIL "maybe" some yrs down the road they "try" and use the old shell scam to re-light this POS into a "new gig" .....but this one is Sooooo dirty and so corrupted now I think it would end up a literal DEAD TICKER in the ash heap of OTC epic crimes....never to trade again.......

April 5th ruling on various motions - the case is NOT DEAD despite what MaTooSuCkaLoTaD says and lies about - COUNTS I and V (which were always the core of the case from day one aka straight-up good ole FRAUD) they are very much "LIVE" and "ALIVE" ... and plowing ahead - those are key FRAUD counts.

I'd like to read the entire 35 page ruling by the judge - he "stayed" some key provisions against the MOORE CLAN counter-claim and denied a few others.

There's a LOT packed into them 35 pages - we need to un-wrap that mess and see how buried the MOORE MORE CLAN ended up in the end with ole Floyd K.

FRAUD - and Kurlioff "put it on the public court record" that the MOORE MORE CLAN, "CONDUCTED A STOCK PUMP and DUMP and solely existed to SELL DILUTION SHARES FOR SELF ENRICHMENT" blah blah blah....what we've said since 2 plus yrs ago now !!
