on a different note... I saw this last progressive commercial with the prom date and that tune just hit a note with me. Normally I know all the pop stuff from the 90's but this one had me legitimately stumped. I know that I knew it and racked my brain trying to remember the song. LOL I did not cheat but I was driving myself nuts trying to figure it out. First time I ever lost to myself in "name that tune"

I don't know if anyone else has had the same experience but it's mind bending when shit that is normally on the top of your head is there but is just buried for whatever reason. It was the first time for me but might not be the last, so as I start to fade just keep reminding me please.

It was my unofficial wedding tune and my therapist said today that's the reason why it was blocked. I really do have soup brain, fuck me.
