"This is the only reason Kim has all those voting shares."

well that and a possible reverse split with a move over to nasdaq coinciding with a good amount of dilution...and maybe doing some deals that some may not like or with entities spome may not like...

i dont know how India does business, but they may prefer a situation where the ceo / founder has full control and really cant be contested...especially if they are going to invest money or do the buyout...

something like that might light a fire under the US gov or military's butt...they would need to get off their ass and start making things happen or lose out...

how about in the case of a buyout, a bidding war starts between dupont and India's Tata..

theres all kinds of possibilities that could come up that would require swift moves and approvals....at least on the OTC...on nasdaq, it'll be much harder...actual shareholder meetings will be required as well as a BOD...he can have all the shares and votes that he wants, but it will be harder for him to have his way...

im not opposed to a r/s as long as we are at one buck or more and it means a move over to nasdaq...nor would i be against a reasonable amount of dilution at that time...

if we are on nasdaq at 10 bucks a share, mass producing, selling product, generating revenue, being marketed and becoming known, then the r/s and dilution would be offset by the increased investments from institutions and large investors....

yea i know im all over the place, but i see all these things as possibilities...many of them are probabilities...and while they present certain problems, they are good problems to have to deal with...
