My overall business activities consist of effective, efficient, and innovative business administration that compliment my extensive working knowledge in the fields of contract, commercial, and securities laws.

During the past 39 years, I have owned or controlled numerous retail operations throughout the United States and Mexico. These retail operations were comprised of (116) restaurants, (8) full-service hotels (plus two historic bed and breakfasts, and seven major branded-roadside motor inns), (5) new and used car dealerships, (3) stationery and office supply stores, (7) dairy manufacturing and dairy-related support and retail operations, (1) savings and loan association, (3) full-service supermarkets, (5) nightclub operations, and (412) residential income properties.

In addition to my business experience and personal accomplishments, to varying degrees, I am fluent or conversant in a number of languages. I obtained my private pilot's license in 1973 (at age 14) and have been recognized by a significant number of professional associations and civic organizations during the past 39 years. In addition, I received an honorable discharge for my service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve.

Over the past 25 years, I have developed an extensive network of investors and lenders in North America, Asia, and Russia, many of which have procured funding in U. S. domestic corporations and projects through the EB-5 Visa Program of 1990, as amended.
