To set the record straight I have signed settlement agreement and if I'm not included in the initial S-1 with the SEC on rebirthing PRPM in my shares I'm automatically entitled to $250,000 cash and am entitled to put my lien back on PRPM. This is Barry BTW. In case you haven't read it here's my journalism opinion editorial piece on Vakscam. Alex Leo is doing the proper thing I feel. He wants to affiliation with old management soon I feel. I can confirm Alex Leo controls PRPM now as I have a copy of the change of control and ownership docs. Other than that I can't talk about my agreement yet in exact terms publicly or privately. I'm rooting for PRPM to take off so I can finally get paid what I'm do.
