Philip and Peter Busch were involved with APRU in the past and own shares but not the Anheuser Busch company. Per the CEO on a call recently they aren't as interested in the CBD and Kratom kind of products as much as the sparkling juice APRU was producing. Right now APRU is focusing on formulated drinks because the profit margins are significantly better.
