It is apparenty a filing was done this past month, to trigger that in Delaware SOS. However it could be a number of things and since it could easily be Joe P doing something , TBD.
However, a new disclosure for Quarter ending is due by next week, so if something changed it should be in there.

On that last Twitter post by Mark G . , I know a lot of folks are rooting for Mark G , I am curious now as stated and have it on my watch list for DUTV. The facts below still remain . tBD

1. This last message is about EAI , not DUTV in anyway form or fashion and not part of EES , EEM . Plus This is about CONVENTIAL FARMERS who use Conventional Fertilizer the UN-32 etc mentioned is standard in Conventional Farming. It really has nothing to do with a FEN system (plus none are made or in use) that takes food waste supposedly (TBD) into a Terreplenish Type product (TBD). EAI does not SELL Fertilizer is makes equipment and Mark has been talking about their customers being involved (NOT) now for over two years. His Sons are the Presidents and Ex Wife , plus upper Management run that company , Mark is a Founder and Advisor they will not upset that business.

2. It has now been over two years on the Merger, plus over a year when Mark G posted it was a week away. TBD
3. There are NO Public systems made at this time or in use for any of the EES Systems. TBD
4. Terreplenish part has never been finalized and in reality there is only one person that makes it or knows the secret sauce recipe. TBD
5. Social Media from EES directly is just reposting articles about AG and although Cathy S of Terreplenish does a great job of posting Terreplenish info, never have there been any sales posted . TBD
6. There is virtually very little trading of DUTV on a daily basis . TBD, will not change until it is changed, Merged or change of control.

One can look at all of Mark G 's Tweets and messages for the Past Two Years (hundreds) and just ask , how can someone that seems so sincere, has skill and knowledge levels, past experience continue to do so and with each message gives the feeling of "we are almost there" , never really negative and not feel there must be "something" . But then say , WHY keep sending out messages "dangling the carrot" , with his own money spent on marketing and people plus projects , Mark could have put together a PROTOTYPE and have it going by now , instead of all this other energy put out.

9. Most importantly , until there is a CHANGE OF CONTROL with DUTV (away from Joe P and Malcolm N) , it really means nothing , so perhaps something will come out in this most updated OTC Quarterly filing.
