Interesting that they “acquired” Lena but never……

made an announcement.

Tony said they were going to pick up the check and close on the deal back in Aug 2022.

Then it would be a MLK Day 2023 closing.

Then the Signing Ceremony video tweet when they went UC.

Numerous announcements saying they were finalizing Lena throughout 2023.

Then the Dec supplemental about how close they were, followed by the lender issues assuming notes.

All those announcement about what was to come, but NOTHING about them closing.
