It is my belief that SAPX will be working with STARZ after the Lionsgate spinoff.

Starz will need programing to air, not Lionsgate.

Recently the Company entered into an amended Agreement with Lionsgate Entertainment, for approximately $8mm USD of the Company's filmed assets.

Starz will need a studio to produce new content, Lionsgates just built a new studio complex in Atlanta..

Lionsgate does not need SAPX and its assets, a standalone STARZ does.

Currently Starz is still connected to Lionsgate, hence SAPX is working with Lionsgate.

“It (Starz) will be a great standalone channel. It will probably bulk up (this is where I believe SAPX comes in play) if we were to separate the business. Could we sell it? Again, we retain full optionality. So one way or the other, someone is going to take advantage of the value that they’ve created at Starz,” Feltheimer argued.

The reason I believe no more new news to after the split STARZ will be it own separate operating entity.

The Company has agreed to withhold efforts to pursue joint news releases until such time that Lionsgate completes this transition.
