Tony says they CLOSED on Lena.....wow!

Through its subsidiary, Lena Brewing, Apple Rush possesses the manufacturing prowess required to bring innovative beverage concepts to life.

Yet when one goes to the SOS website, the same principals from last year are still listed. Tony is not even listed as a Director of Lena Brewing. And of course Apple Rush is still REVOKED while claiming to do business in Illinois.

Nor is Tony or Apple Rush listed as owners on the licenses. So, did the FULL ACQUISITION mean less than 5% ownership?
